1. Introduction:
KX—3 Fuel Dryer is a kind of equipment with high efficiency and low consume. It use hot source in the burning explored by the technology of air burning engine. It can dry various kinds of food that needs dry. It is especially used in the area that has a lot of rain and short shining, and the drying procedure of the processing line.
2. Technical Parameter:

3. Install
(1) Take the oven on the floor
(2) Fix the aside board on the bottom board. With the inserts, put the foam sealant under the touching face; insert three iron belts to the concave of the sideboards; fix the timer stick and iron belt with iron hail. Put the narrow side of the bed on the iron corner. Pay attention to the entrance of wind.
(3) Fix the wooden frame of the windbag tightly to the wind’s entrance with M8 screw; fix the other side of the bag to the tubular of exit of wind hotter tightly with 510-cassette tape.
(4) Fix the groove (on both sides) of the exit.
(5) Connect the entrance and exit oil tubular pipes to the entrance and of burning machine and fuel tank. Notice that the bottom if the oil tank is oil exits which is controlled by valve, which the upper part is oil-backing pipe (&8), the others are ventilate hole.
(6) Insert the elect and temperature test to the face of the drying bed and revolve it tightly.
(7) Oil and electricity after all are connected.
4. Test and debug:
(1) Open the air switch the right side of controlling bank after electricity and oiling.
(2) Open the red switch at the right side to run the burning machine.
(3) Open the red switch at the left side then the transfer begins to work. For about 30 seconds later, if the burning machine is successfully you can see flames on the price of the electric fan’s cover. If not, you should check whether it is run normal and whether it whistles when fires under high pressure and whether the oil way is normal. And whether the sunshine of the environment is too bright to make mistakes (Fending off the sunshine which shined directly into the burning machine properly).
(4) Fix the drying temperature (PV stands for actual temperature and SV stands for the fixed temperature), the burning machine will put off when the temperature of the wind bed reach the fixed for a while; fire it after a few minutes after it fall below the fixed temperature.
(5) Put the materials on the bed to produce to be tested without carrying anything.
5. N notice:
(1) Unspecialized person should not tear open or repack the machine and electric circuit.
(2) Open the air blower before the burning machine to make it run, or it doesn’t work.
(3) Turn off the electric switch of the burning machine, 5 minutes later, turn off the
switch of the air blower and the whole machine.
(4) The firing fuel should be clean without water and impurity. The grade mark of the fuel should be chose according to the demand. Kerosene: 1
Diesel oil: 0# can be used in the area where is warmer in winter, -10# or that below it can be used in high and cold area to protect the spray nozzle from being blocked by the solidified wax of the fuel.
(5) Thickness of the material piling should be fixed on basis of its dimension and moisture content. Turn over them every 30 minutes during the drying process to make them well distributed dried.
(6) The time of drying is relevant to material’s dimension, size, piling thickness, moisture content and heating temperature and environmental humidity.
